The plums harvested in June are soaked for six months, and the fruit is freshly harvested for release in December.
Because the plums are harvested early, Umeshu Nouveau has a fresher, more refreshing taste.Hyakunen Umeshu Haruhana has an elegant pear-like aroma. It has a pleasantly refreshing sourness that passes through the nose, and can be enjoyed with soda or other refreshing drinks.
